Feeling Into Knowing

Over the last ten
days there have been several messages facilitated from various
sources who have been talking about the same process for the most
part. I call it, “Feeling Into Knowing”, hence the title to this
particular blog.
What this process
consists of are approximately the following steps:
-
Say you
have something specific that is bothering you, that doesn’t seem
to shift no matter what you are doing, a health thing going on
or anything really that you are not comfortable with
experiencing. Sit quietly with yourself away from distractions
and breathe deeply until you are relaxed.
-
Ask out
loud for the energy of that uncomfortable experience and listen
to your words. For example, “I’d like the energy of _________.”
This will bring that energy to the surface for you. Now give
yourself permission to go deep into the feeling of what
that energy is all about. I mean go deep, allowing yourself to
dive into the feelings of the energy so that you feel surrounded
in all ways. Be fearless with this, it won’t kill you, and you
just might experience some incredible insights along the way.

Go deep,
deep deep into the feelings with each breath. Is there an
emotional response that comes up? Don’t worry about
tears or heartache, for they are only a signpost that you are
moving some energies and may be approaching the source of what's
going on for you. It’s the
roots of a thing that carry the energetic “charge” that needs to
be released for healing to begin. You can even create a safe
space for yourself while doing this. Also pay attention to any
place you may feel this energy in your physical body.

While deep
into the feeling of whatever it is, take time to look around and
see what is being presented to you. Keep breathing as you go
deeper, for this facilitates the journey to knowing. This is a
wonderful time to ask questions: What is the Point of Entry or
Point of Creation for whatever it is that you’re looking at and
feeling now? In other words, where and when in your life did
this first appear for you and what was happening at that time?
Where does it really hurt? Is there an energetic blockage of
some sorts? What do you need to know about this that you’ve been
unable to perceive for yourself or not allow yourself to
acknowledge? Is there a part of your body that is particular
sensitive to what you are feeling? And is there an aspect of
yourself in this space that would like to talk to you?

For
example, say that you are eating unconsciously even though
you’ve chosen to change this. So go deep into the feelings
around eating unconsciously and you might be shown a sample of
those times when you reach for food and what is actually going
on for you at that time, much like watching a movie of yourself.
You might be shown that you were fed as a means of quieting you
as a child… as a way to stop your voice or to lessen your
energetic expression and you perceived this as there was
something wrong with you that you needed to be diminished or
silenced with food. See what I mean?
I did this particular one for myself and saw how clearly I
was reacting to feeling overwhelmed by the Seduction energies
and would reach for food as a way of shifting my focus as well as
needing to ground myself in reaction to what I was feeling. I was
reaching for food in response to feeling energetically out of
control, feeling threatened by too much energy coming at me at once,
feeling over powered. This was just one layer of what I was shown.
And in the process I was able to “feel” what this was like for my
body and what the energies of the food felt like as well that I was
craving in response.
I felt this energetic overwhelm particularly impacting my
solar plexus area, which is about empowerment, feeling safe, and
being grounded into self. This area receiving too much activity can
also cause feelings of stomach upset and is quite common in small
children who have this area completely open and vulnerable. This is
also the area when it’s common for others to try and feed from with
energetic tubes.

And as
each perception, or knowing of those underlying actions and
reactions come to you, simply breathe into them without judgment
(gnosting) and make the choice to let them go. I’ve found that a
real deep breath with each “Aha!” makes it move right on out of
my energetic field. And most importantly here, check to see if
any of what you’re going through is truly yours or if you’ve
taken it on from someone else, out of the greatest of love and
also because you could take it on! Did you create an aspect of
yourself specifically to have this experience? What does that
aspect have to share with you about all of this experience?

And when
you feel that you’ve explored that particular thing you’ve been
worrying over and have the knowing that it’s resolved and you
would perhaps like to move on to something else or be finished,
take a few moments and breathe New Energy into the void or
vacuum left by the departing energies of old behaviors, old
feelings and old actions on your part.
-
Come back
to yourself by saying, “I AM THAT I AM” which is the reminder
that you are a divine, integrated human. Repeat this as much as
you need to feel fully present with yourself again and out of
those feeling energies. Continue to breathe deeply as you honor
any aspects of yourself that were having this experience for
you. Invite them to now come home and be part of the integrated,
divine being that you are! They have done their job well and are
no longer needed to do that work for you!

Most
importantly of all, breathe in those New Energies that are YOU!
Fill those now open spaces with the energies of the divine you,
the expansional, infinitely potentialized energies of the
unified soul self. Welcome home your aspects and even have a
celebration if you want to do so! Feel the energies lighted up
for you and the peace fall upon you with this completion.
I do these types
of explorations for myself late at night when the people around me
are sleeping. I find that the energies are quite clear and easy to
interpret as being mine or not at that time of night and I get a
great deal of clearing and knowing for the time put in. I actually
did hours of this last night in relation to the Seduction energies
that Tobias talked about yesterday and waves of stuff was shifted
for me.
And the wonderful
thing is that underneath all the burdens of thoughts, feelings and
emotions and physical discomfort lie the most lovely energies of
peace, tranquility and joy. As a divine being we are naturally at
peace with ourselves and those around us, for that is our true state
when we are on the Other Side. It’s all the other stuff we take on
during the journey of living that gets in the way. As layers of
childhood and past life energies are shifted and removed, our true
state becomes more and more apparent and it becomes easier to
recognize when we are taking on the energies of others. It becomes
easier to make the choice of what we desire to experience and to
make the choice to stay behind the short wall. It makes it far
easier to know our true self and be grounded in that knowing.
It’s all part of
this ascension journey and yes, it does get easier and lighter and
better. Some of us created a soul chart of harsh experiences and a
behavior of having to go through everything to a great depth so as
to fully understand and be compassionate with understand when others
go through the same thing. Others have created a chart that’s about
touching a toe into the energies of everything and anything and then
withdrawing. I’ve been asking Mother God to shift my chart a bit
because I’m done with the deep experiences and would like to lean
more in the direction of the toe-dipping!
And how does it
get any better than this?!
