Spiritual Summary of Experience
I have been exploring myself and my human condition in depth since approximately 1991. I have experience of extensive psychotherapy, both personally working with some incredible therapists and via reading metaphysical books, articles and exploring various healing modalities for myself. I gave myself some interesting experiences in this life and felt very led to explore the reasons behind this. After this most recent shoud I can more easily understand what this was about!
My metaphysical awakening began at about age 14 when I read the Ruth Montgomery book about Jeane Dixon and went on to Edgar Cayce from there and never looked back.
At the time of the Harmonic Convergence in 1987 I was personally still seeking answers externally. During that same week I experienced a massive whiplash injury which required a complete shift in lifestyle from that point on, from a very athletic and physical life to one of barely getting around and focusing on healing my physical body. I began then to seek inside for the answers and have been doing so since then.
In 1996, I was introduced to a wonderful woman who I worked with for about 4 ½ years. She is the one whom I refer to as my psychic mentor in my writings. With her assistance I began to develop the innate psychic abilities that I’ve always had but were repressed during childhood, and to begin to trust what I perceive in those around me. The very first “being” that I channeled with her assistance was Metatron. I participated in several “Healing Days” that were held in my town at that time which helped me to gain trust in my abilities to read the energies of others in person and quickly too, and to bring out that “headache” energy to be a potential for others to use for themselves. That was also the year that I “met” the Kryon energies. I took the “Neutral Implant” the following January.
During this period of time I also worked with a Shaman who had taken his training via the Michael Harner Shamanic Institute at Esalen in California. In working with him and also an incredible Shaman from the Philippines (who had her Masters in Theology and was also Reiki Master) I was able to receive intense energy downloads and personal knowing via soul retrievals and was also taught how to do Shamanic journeying for myself. The ability to “travel” via the Shamanic journey is one that is now quite comfortable for me and is more in the form of Dreamwalking, although I have yet to take one of the Dreamwalking workshops. Before I learned of the Dreamwalking as taught by St. Germaine I had experience of this sort of facilitation with several people in my life and very deeply after the crash of the Alaskan Airlines flight in California in 2000.
It was also during this time that I received the many Reiki attunements and worked with those for a period of time. This was actually just a prelude to get my body getting used to working with energy and to teach me how to differentiate between the various energies. Early on I learned how to trust my abilities to “follow the energy” and to bring this into a more mainstream form via doing trend analysis and forecasting for companies that I worked with. This was especially of value when putting together a new department or exploring expansion of an existing department or company.
In 1999 I was introduced to an energy system called Access Energy for Transformation. This is a very deep acting type of energy facilitation and has made a tremendous difference for me in my life in shifting old patterns and ways of behavior and simply getting clear. It’s also been of great value in teaching me to “go beyond” to bring in other dimensional energies when working on a client because it was again about learning to trust what I was perceiving and to work with my knowing. I attended workshops and used the techniques and processes on myself and clients almost 24/7 from that time until about two years ago. This modality includes a hands-on technique that I occasionally use and also processes for clearing and release.

My focus over the last couple of years has been primarily an intense healing of my childhood stuff and working with my now ex-husband and his childhood traumas via a technique now known as Aspectology. It’s been the education of a lifetime and the results of the work amaze me every day.
It was with the encouragement of the Tobias Materials that I stepped out of a “processed” energy system of working with myself and others and simply trusted myself to follow the energy to facilitate what was needed at the time, in the moment. Therefore, I don’t exactly use a proscribed methodology any more as I am greatly at ease simply allowing the knowing of what’s needed in the moment to come to me. It’s been a great delight to me to bring together all the various things that I’ve learned and experienced over the years when I sit with someone who is seeking.
In working with the Crimson Circle energies I have been able to facilitate unbelievable healing to this physical body. I have no lingering physical manifestation of the whiplash injury and each month brings me greater and greater healing in my overall physical health as the masculine and feminine energies come into greater balance. I have learned to “walk between the worlds” as Tobias calls it and to know myself in ways that I never would have believed possible. It’s been and continues to be a life evolving experience. I am very grateful to be a part of bringing in and embodying the New Energy.
Through all of the work with energies, I have “remembered” how to facilitate healing energies, both with myself and in person or over the phone with others. I have great healing ability with my hands, love to do hands-on work and over the years have developed the following abilities with confidence:
1. Embodying the “headache” energy which facilitates shifting and change in others (Lifewalking)
2. Writing about my experiences to share with others, teaching
3. Automatic channeling via keyboard
4. Soul Fragment Retrieval i.e. Aspectology
5. Psychic surgery
6. Hands On healing and moving blocked energy
7. Moving through alternate realities and dimensions to find where an energy is being trapped or held to facilitate movement
8. Exorcism
9. Earth balancing (at one time I worked with an online group who did this)
