Yo Ham Chee Breathing Technique Archangel Raphael transmitted through Jeane Pothier September 27, 2007
The following breathing technique was given directly in channel from the Archangel Raphael. If you share this with others, please acknowledge the source and the facilitator, using the full name of the technique.
“… So as we begin this gifting for you, I ask that you take a moment and simply settle yourself and feel the peace that is all around you in this moment. This is a time, a moment that is outside of time, and these moments are precious indeed, for they carry the love and the compassion of your connection with those guides, guardians and angels who are always here for you in your life, whether they be consciously perceived at any given moment or not at all, they are still with you.
This breathing technique is one that we would like to call this day and for all days, "Yo Ham Chee Breathing" and it is given in honor to the master that you are. "Yo Ham" is the word that is used to identity the master, the fully unified and balanced divine human who walks this earth. And it is this human who brings to those around them the greatest energy of all, that of being who they truly are in every moment.
And this breathing technique is being given to you this day, to integrate into your daily life if you choose or not, it is your divine choice as to how or if this is done. It is a gift to you and this gift comes without any cords or attachments at all from anyone.
This technique is to be used when you are going about your day and those outside pressures seem to be building up upon you. This technique is for you to use whenever it comes to your conscious mind to use it. You can even request of your divinity that it remind you when you might need to stop and be present with this breathing. And the more that you use this in your life, the more you will find that you carry the inner peace and tranquility throughout your day, in every moment, in every encounter. And this peace has it's foundation in the connection with YOU, the divine human.
I will describe how this technique would be used in a typical situation. For example this day, as you are sitting at your desk and worrying or perhaps even feeling frustration about a particular thing, you suddenly remember your personal breathing technique. Now, turn your whole body, your attention and your perception to a part of your room that is in an entirely different direction from the one you are currently facing, at least 90 or even 180 degrees in another direction. Perhaps you turn to look at a wall or out a window. It matters not what you look at, it is that you shift your perceptions.
And as you are facing this new direction, allow your eyes to focus on a point either as far away as you can see or else to something up close, as close as can be. Again, it matters not, just that you are changing your perception.
As you gaze upon this new horizon of sight, take four, slow, deep breaths, focusing your entire attention upon the breathing and how your body feels as you do this in breath and out breath. Nothing else should take your attention, just the breathing. And as you are feeling the very first in breath and the out breath, say to yourself, "Yo Ham. I AM All That I AM." And if you are choosing to stand, to fully experience a new perspective, you might allow your arms at your sides to rise slowly up and down with the breath. You might even allow your shoulders to move up and down with the breath, all the time keeping your eyes focused on a single point before you.
And then when you are ready and hopefully refreshed, return to your tasks.
And so this day dear friend, this breathing is given to you in gifting from those who love you so dearly. And before we close with you this day we all bring to you the message that you are dearly loved and all are so proud of you for what you are allowing in your life and what you are also facilitating with others. Be careful that you do not allow yourself to become lost in the energies of others, for all have their own path to walk.
Your path is unique and much knowing and perception will come to you when you allow yourself to be fully present in your own life. This is a magical time for you dear friend. Many dreams are now in the process of coming to fruition for you. Don't hurry through this time my friend. Dance or meander, those words more accurately describe the energies of slow and easy movement, looking around at what is all coming to you and simply enjoying the fruits of your labors in this time.
This is a grand time for you and while there is much chaos that can come over the next few years of time, this does not have to affect you in any way. Stay present in your own energies by using the breathing technique that is given this day. This is a gift to you from all those who love you.”
