Archangel Raphael message for the January 2008 issue of Cosmic Lighthouse

I greet you this day dear one!

I AM Raphael, the Angel of Healing and Transformation and it is a delight to be here with you once more. I come to you now in a wave of new energies that have recently been brought to this earth by those many angelic beings who love you so very much and work so closely with you. They have come in now upon the many waves of higher vibration energy to be here with you in a new way.

The question is asked in this moment:

"How do we cope with loneliness?"

I speak to this question this day with the waves of energy that I bring to your attention with my opening statement. For long have you been feeling alone in the work that you do, in the life that you lead and in the desires that you have deep in your heart to connect with another in a way that has never been experienced on this earth in the human form before.

The energy of loneliness has deep roots and is one that the souled being has been carrying for a great while. It comes from the earliest experience from the moment of Separation that was even before the beginning of time itself. This energy is one that was created when the soul agreed to the false separation from All That Is so as to serve by then bringing in the experiences of separation.

I use the words false separation because there never truly is separation there is only the illusion of separation. The veils of forgetfulness not only exist for those who are incarnated upon this earth but also a form of this was embedded within the miasma of the soul to fully facilitate the experience of separation by the belief that there is separation.

Loneliness flows from this illusion of separation, that one is alone in all things and in all ways. The underlying energy of loneliness is that no matter what one does they will never truly feel that connection that once existed when the soul was part of Source and was “home” so to speak. There is a deep level memory of this connection and it can be quite haunting for those who are now awakening to their true purpose on this earth now.

Take a deep breath dear one and allow the waves of energy present within this message to come to you. What will you receive for yourself this day? Will you allow yourself to receive the love and compassion that is your divine birthright from All That Is? Will you allow your own personal angelic entourage to come close and sit with you as you breathe in these divine energies?

The measure of what you will allow for yourself during this now moment as the waves of energy flow to you is a measure of how much you are allowing the energy of loneliness to be a part of your life. If you find that you feel unworthy of receiving the love that is yours and yours alone, then you may be increasing your own feelings of lack, of low self-worth and now, of loneliness. You may be increasing your own energies that tell you that there’s no one there for you in any given moment who truly loves you the way that you desire to be loved.

Loneliness is a symptom dear one, of what you are not allowing for yourself. Feel this for a moment. Experience how your body feels with this. Do you feel an emptiness somewhere, perhaps within your heart area? Do you feel like you have a hole somewhere in your heart that stays open and raw and never seems to be filled with warmth and caring? Do you feel that you are craving something in your stomach that is never satisfied with any food that you consume?

These are also symptoms dear one, of the connection that you feel is not present for you. And I say to you this day, that this connection that triggers those feelings of loneliness, is activated by your own soul self trying to connect with YOU!

Are you taking the time to sit and be quiet and invite in your own soul self to be with you? Are you open to what you can receive in any given moment? It is the energy of receiving that will allow you to be able to more and more feel those many connections that are always around you, coming from an infinite number of beings who love you so very much. What will you allow yourself to receive this day?

Loneliness is triggered when you are not taking time to be with yourself. For that is what you are first of all longing to achieve. The connection that comes from deep within is the foundation for all other connections and matches that you will have with those around you. And when you are not allowing yourself to be at “home” with yourself you will experience this dis-connection with those around you. You will especially experience this when you feel unable to attract that loving and romantic relationship that is seen as the closest connection that humans can have to All That Is.

Take another deep breath dear one and be at peace. You have struggled through so many things and have released even more energies that you ever believe possible in this life. You have accomplished miracles on the etheric realms and while you do not necessarily see these energies in the physical realms, I say to you that you are magnificent in all that you have been able to shift and evolve in your life!

During this time now and through the first couple of weeks in January you are going through a final releasing of old energies and this does include old relationships that no longer serve you. Do not try to hold onto something that is harmful for you or that makes you feel unworthy simply for the sake of your desire to not feel alone in your life. These relationships, these energies, need to leave you now so that you can bring in the glorious and fully enlightened relationships that are now being created. This is a time to truly trust yourself in all that you are revealing to yourself in your life, for what is happening during this time is those old energies are leaving you and they are once more rearing their heads so to speak to show you that they are on the way out!

Do not try to keep them close to you and don’t try to hold on to them. The choice has been made on the soul level to let them leave and to move on to their own resolution. Yes, as these many energies leave you it triggers those energies of loneliness and this is compounded by the many souls who are also going through this now. And more than at any other time dear one, this is when you can most serve yourself by trusting all that you are allowing for yourself.

Trust that these energies that no longer serve you are leaving you. Trust that you are going to be moving into new relationships that are about family and love and support and being close and connected with another in your life. Trust yourself that all is well with your soul and you can get out of your own way!

I AM Raphael and it is a pleasure to once more come to you and speak this day. I watch over you and am always with you. I am here when you need me to be with you and I listen when you speak. Love yourself dear one, for you are a magnificent divine human and you are making a huge difference in this world. One day you will indeed see this for yourself and you will marvel that at one time you felt that you did not matter. And matter you do!

You are greatly loved and supported and you are NEVER alone.
