Breathing Into Potentials

I greet you this day dear one, and isn’t it a fine day! No matter where you live, no matter how you are living, you have the ability to create the way you feel about your day because it will be what you are choosing to experience. Therefore, create a fine day within yourself and it shall be so!

I AM Adamus St. Germaine and I am delighted to be here with you this day. I continue with this series of messages that are about putting to use all that you are coming to remember about energy and how it can work for you in your life, adding to that the insights gained as you work with the New Energy. To fully embody the Living Mastery that is who you are.

Today we will talk about breathing and how it works with potentials. And while this is something that you do indeed already know for yourself, perhaps you will hear it or feel it differently this day and perceive something new for yourself. For while you already have all the pieces that you need to create the life that you desire to have, we are now playing with how to put those puzzle pieces together so as to make this life much easier for you.

So this day we begin with breathing together. You may not necessarily recognize that when you do stop and breathe deeply you are opening yourself to grand potentials and taking down barriers to receiving. It is in the receiving of the breath energy where you are able to have the perceptions that you are so much desiring to have in your life, to facilitate your day to day choices and experiences. For humans are many times wondering now about the best directions to take and the best choices to make and it begins with the breath and being willing to receive what comes to you in that moment.

The breath helps you to come back to yourself and to pull your own energies back to you as you focus your attention on your breath. As you move into those higher and higher frequencies and vibrations of light it’s quite easy to diffuse your own energy fields over great distances because higher vibrations feel expansive and this is a fun way to play with that energy. Your energy fields are constantly expanding as you become more unified and integrated, bringing home those aspects of yourself that hold much energy for you. Your awareness goes out to play with those energies all around you.

Some humans are quite comfortable with their energy fields expanded out 50 to 100 miles, while others are more apt to feel scattered and anxious when their fields go beyond the four walls of their own house. This is something that each individual should play with for knowing the boundaries of your own energy field is very helpful during those times of constant shift and change.

What also becomes available with the breath is the invitation for potentials and awarenesses to come to you. You are essentially saying to the universe around you that you are open for business and ready to see what’s here for you. Whether you are asking for insight before making a grand change in your life or simply wondering what your body would like to have for lunch, the action is the same.

To give you a broad overview: Breathe deeply and open yourself. Whatever you are desiring to explore you can then invite that energy into your energy field. Be aware of what comes and when you perceive the potentials that you are desiring to explore, go deeply into the way they feel for you.

Feel all around this energy of the potential. Up, down, sideways, it’s all there for you. And talk to this energy, for it is very much a consciousness in and of itself. Oh, it carries an energetic charge at times, yet for most potentials the energy will be a bit neutral unless there’s something there that you are allowing yourself to see in a new way.

Feel into the energy of the potential. Ask for clarity with this. And as you feel this energy pay attention to it’s action. Does the energy of this potential feel expansive? Does the energy of this potential feel contractive and small? These are the most basic of indicators for yourself and can become the foundation for how you work with future energies.

The expansive energies allow for the expression of the creation without limitation or definition. Feel this as these words are being read. When you feel that expansiveness of energy, how does it make you feel? Do you feel good, do you feel happy, do you feel hopeful? Do you feel open and free in this moment with the energy?

These are the types of feelings to be aware of. And when a potential does not feel expansive, does not feel light and easy for you, this is the indicator for you that this is not necessarily the best potential for you to explore or the best direction or choice.

More and more you will be having the awareness of layers of energy and when you feel confusion around a choice or decision, this is an empowering way to sit with yourself and work your way through to your own clarity.

With those potentials that feel expansive and light you can then breathe New Energy into that creation. Breathing in New Energy is the bringing in of Gnost to the potential. What this does is add to what is the foundational potential and creates more of that limitlessness and expansion to what is already there. It takes that potential to a whole new level, and that level is where the divinity in you is able to step in and create something far more than the conscious human can imagine!

Breathing into the initial potential is creating in broad strokes dear ones. You’ve been hearing about this for many years now and while you understand the basic premise, it is not until you actually allow this for yourself that it becomes more understandable. Most humans have an idea of that which they are choosing and feel that they have to put all the fine print, the details in place as well.

When you breathe New Energy into the potential that you are exploring as possible creations or new ideas and directions for yourself, you are giving yourself and that potential permission to be more than you could create on the human level. You are bringing in the divinity energy and you are saying to the universe, so to speak, that you are the Master and are using all your creative abilities on all other levels and all the other facets of yourself to create.

You are putting out there the message that you are greater than the human that you present to the world. You are bringing in the creative energies of your I AM-ness and allowing those to be part of your life in every way. Breathing that energy into whatever it is that you are putting your awareness towards is allowing yourself to be more than you are in this physicality.

Then dear one, as you breathe the New Energy into your potential, your creation or your choices, allow yourself to let go of the outcome. Allow yourself to let go of the details and anxiety about what you are creating and allow it to become it’s greatest for you!

When you turn the details of anything over to your own divinity and the New Energy, you will create and manifest something far more grand than you can believe. And this is available to you now, in this now, when you work with the energies from a new place of awareness. You are not just your average human, you are moving into the steps and the actions of the Master and this is how the Master works with the energies around them.

So again, here are the basic steps for breathing into potentials to help you make those grand choices in your life:

Sit quietly and breathe deeply.
Invite in the choice, the creation, the indecision to this place.
Feel the energies around what you are inviting in. How do those energies feel to you. This is your initial barometer. If something doesn’t feel good in this moment then there is no point in going further. You will have your answer in that moment.
When you perceive a potential that feels light and easy to you, move further into that energy and surround yourself with it. Allow yourself to perceive joy and lightness, the ease of moving through those energies.
And in that place of ease and light, breathe New Energy into this place. Feel this place expand even further and become something even more. Breathe New Energy into those additional potentials that may appear in relation to this greater expansion. Feel this creation, this choice, this idea expand out until it surrounds you and buoys you up with new and additional potentials. Enjoy this energy, for this is your birthright and you have done the hard work that was needed to bring this into expression on this earth!
And when you are filled with the energies of your grand, expansive energies, let them go. Let those creations out into the universe around you. Feel them flying out into the expanse of other potentials and feel the love that goes with them. For you are deeply loving yourself as the master when you create in this way. You are honoring the greatness in you when you give yourself permission to create without definition, without limitation, without doubt.

Come back to yourself after releasing your New Energy/Gnost experience and be at peace. For you have now allowed yourself to create in broad strokes and All That Is herself will fill in the details and bring you something wonderful!

Trust yourself dear one, for you have already done the hard work and now it’s time to enjoy the fruits of that hard work. You’ve walked the hard miles in your bare feet and now you have the most lovely of shoes on your feet to bring you comfort.

Give yourself permission to enjoy what you have accomplished. Celebrate yourself often and honor who you are for this journey. You stood in line to be here and at that point the task seemed overwhelming and daunting and impossible to accomplish. Yet here you are now, and you have been successful beyond your wildest intentions. Honor this dearest one. Love yourself and trust what you are perceiving when you feel the energies. Step easily into those shoes of the Master, for they are custom made just for you.

Remember that you are never alone and you are loved beyond measure by All That Is.
